Very few restrictions apply to our guarantee.
The guarantee is void if the following
occurs.
If the pick up delays our driver more that 10 minutes.
The pick up does not have item or you direct us to another pick up.
A pick up is added to run.
Traffic delays.
Delays due to weather conditions.
Mechanical
delays.
Bad pick up address.
Any other acts of God or any unforeseen delays out of our hands and control.
But if
any of these delays happen it is our duty to inform you of the delay. We will inform you the moment any delay
happens either by phone or up to the moment updates via text.
