PLEASE HELP US BRING JOY AND UNDERSTANDING TO CHILDREN
FIGHTING THIS DREADED DISEASE

" I know how much this doll helped us bridge a very hard topic and I know how much this doll will be a special friend
to our daughter once her hair falls out. " - Jane Bingham, mother of a child fighting cancer
Tiger Courier along with The Advocate group has put
together a project based on a man John Wild met a few years ago. He
had taken regular Barbie’s and removed the hair. Giving them to young cancer patients
he would meet at the hospital as a volunteer. He never wanted notoriety and has
passed on, but this act stayed in the head of John for years. Now he has
started the Barbie project and it needs donations. Mattel has produced a
limited amount of this doll however donations of this doll is slow and numbers
are low. So we are buying regular Barbie’s and making our own hairless dolls. We
use all kinds of dolls so we can give a variety, and customize dolls to the children’s
needs and likes. We need donations of
unwrapped new dolls, and or cash donations. See below for how to donate to this
wonderful project.
